Why do I have nightmares/unpleseant dreams when I fall asleep on my back?
 

Every time without fail if I fall asleep on my back I have bad dreams, mostly violent shit like demons and wierd shit attacking me...

I honestly can't say. They say if you're cold when you sleep you have more nightmares so maybe the air's hitting you better when you lay on your back instead of on your side? But idk and that's a badass avy you got there

If you sleep on your back you're more likely to experience sleep apnea if yourer prone to it. If you stop breathing in your sleep from a obstruction in your throat, the stress isn't enough to wake you but is enough to give you fucked up dreams

there is a myth about the position of david or w/e, that it causes violent nightmares and sleep paralys, I had sleep paralys once when i was sleeping on my back.
