Anyone have any experience with them?

Positives, negatives?

No personal experience, only secondhand, but I believe they're generally worth avoiding. Worst case scenario they can do way more harm than good. Better off seeing a legit osteopath or orthopedic specialist who had to go through med school.

They can definitely fuck shit up if they suck. Treat them as you'd do an eye doctor going for both your eyes in one go, you don't want to cheap out on that.

That said, one of the vertebraes(?) in my spine was twisted from a mix of skateboarding and lifting wrong at my job. Tieing shoes could leave me sitting for 5 mins struggling to get up, even getting out of bed could be difficult at times and I was 19 at the time.

Got recommended a chiropractor by my boss that was well known for being good. 2 sessions and a couple weeks of no heavy lifting or strain and I was good to go. Already felt a huge difference after the first session walking home, and it saved me at the time.

That said, there's some horror stories out there. Do your research

They suck

Depends. I've used one who did dry needling that helped my muscle tissue that was super tight for months, helped alot. Idk. There are some quacks then more reputable ones. Also depends if you're an athlete or have specific issues.

I go once a month and it's great. Have gone intermittently over the course of ten years. The only thing that is wrong w me is that I keep logging in here.

Sports ortho is worthless and will just give u a cortisone shot

Ya. He was a wierdo, cracked my back in some crazy ways. Shit was ok twmporarily. But what ive come to find out was that i didnt need a chiro to begin with. My body was just going through a conditioning phase for the new work i was doing. A lot of twisting and pivoting.

Yeah, never been to a chiropractor, but I was in 2 rehabs where they did acupuncture and of course I go into it with a negative mind set etc because I don’t pesonally believe in like.. hocus pocus voodoo witch magic.

But I have to admit it actually helped me quite a bit.. if you have a serious physical ailment obviously not.

Just do what anyone else would… google search chiropractors and go with the one with a ton of good reviews. Be for real though me personally I dunno if I’d trust it or not. Just give me pills.

I’ve wanted to kill someone before… and I’ve actually shot at someone’s car before. But I have no illusions I could get away with it. The person who I shot at through cell phone stuff could be directly tied to me.

Niggas no get mad or it’s about anger it can be tied back. And if someone made me mad to a certain point I wouldn’t feel remorseful.

But technically if it was completely random it’d be easy to get away with a murder… which is why even though I’m not a pussy… I lock my doors.

I don’t carry a gun, I’d be in major trouble if I did. Last full on fight I’ve been in was like 3 years ago when my now wife drove me to flint for a business transaction. Had to defend myself against of niglets, and run. And I got lucky.
