There is no debate.

Tom Brady is THE GOAT.

Answer 01-24-2021 06:45 PM

Hot take

This thread hasn’t been necessary for years, bro.

Eviction 01-24-2021 06:57 PM

all these bandwagon fans cheering for the team that is winning, I'm still over here saying how about them colts.

No. He’s always in conversations of being ONE OF. Not ONE OF, he is THE GOAT.

Welp, anyone who didn’t call him the GOAT 5 years ago ain’t gonna call him the GOAT now either. Anybody who watches football and understands it, knew he was the best ever after his 4th ring. He’s never had a weapon. Randy Moss didn’t even win a Super Bowl with him. He’s done it with cast offs his whole career. Gronk is the only one, and he’s a fucking tight end.

Finnydot 01-24-2021 07:23 PM

Moss went to the 18-1 SB.

Answer 01-24-2021 07:25 PM

Brady has more rings than anyone in history, has more touchdown passes than any quarterback in history, and by next season he will have more passing yards and completions than anyone in history. He could’ve lost today and it still would’ve been the same

Mahomes still needs to pave his way and has potential to be a great, and others will come eventually, but Brady has been established in that spot for a while now. Just getting the Bucs into a wildcard spot was enough because it shakes any speculation that the patriots system was responsible for his success. Everything else is just the icing

Won one, is what I meant. He is not a part of Brady’s 6.

Amen 01-24-2021 07:35 PM

Just off what he accomplished this year alone is enough of an argument.

All the, he’s average and he has Coach Bill.
He’s just a system QB.
He doesn’t have an arm anymore.

All that bullshit people would toss in arguments over the past decade, is bullshit.

He’s the mother fucking GOAT.

Pharaohs Army 01-24-2021 07:39 PM

He almost lost the game for them today with 3 picks in a row in the second half. What game were you all watching?

Never had any weapons? Excuse me. What a crock of shit. Troy Brown, Randy Moss, Wes Welker (arguably the greatest slot receiver), Julian Edelman (a great slot), Rob Gronkowski (one of the greatest tight ends). And now this year with Evans, AB, and Godwin.
Get your facts straight.

But those same people will say he had “weapons” or that his “defense” carried them against packers, or that the refs helped him. You are never going to swing those people. Ever. They’re haters.

Amen 01-24-2021 07:42 PM

Very true.

What has Edelman done since Brady’s departure?

I’ll wait...

Pharaohs Army 01-24-2021 07:52 PM

Edelman's a great player and he was hurt this year

UPN Zuch 01-24-2021 07:56 PM

What did Branch do outside of New England?

That dude had to come BACK to Brady in order to be effective.

Lmao, look at that drop off for Welker when he left New England.

Just because people put up numbers in New England, doesn’t mean they are great. Somebody has to catch the balls there. Welker fell off HARD.

UPN Zuch 01-24-2021 07:59 PM

Lmao just realized his yards cut in HALF. Then down to nothing basically the next year. Thanks for reminding me about Wes Welker.

Amen 01-24-2021 08:00 PM

I ignored his bullshit.

Edelman was hurt Lolol.

GTFOH.

Tom Brady made them great. None of them were GREATS other then Moss.

Only TRUE WEAPON and natural talent.

UPN Zuch 01-24-2021 08:02 PM

Lmao here is Branch falling off in Seattle

Amen 01-24-2021 08:04 PM

Same could be said about Danny Amendola and Chris Hogan. Great while playing for Brady. Haven't done shit since leaving Brady.

Get it together, Pharaoh.

UPN Zuch 01-24-2021 08:04 PM

Here is randy Moss reviving his career in NE, then disappearing right after

Anyone else?

UPN Zuch 01-24-2021 08:07 PM

Here is the BEST ONE

This is Troy Brown

Take a guess as to what year Brady took over?

Exactly.

Amen 01-24-2021 08:08 PM

Lmao

UPN Zuch 01-24-2021 08:09 PM

@pharoahsarmy where you at? I got my facts straight for you.

Answer 01-24-2021 08:17 PM

Zuch fighting for Brady’s legacy like Tom told him he was gonna bless his nose

Pharaohs Army 01-24-2021 08:17 PM

You've not refuted either point. Brady almost blew the lead with three picks today and he's had adequate weapons (which i listed) throughout his career

Uhh what? I didn’t say he played good today. I said the argument is moot. He’s been the goat. Today does not further the legacy in my opinion anyway. Yeah, he didn’t play great. That’s obvious. Nobody said he did. I’m simply addressing your list of players that you consider high quality that in fact weren’t. Danny Amendola is another perfect example. He turns average dudes into stat hounds. He’s done it for 20 years.

Amen 01-24-2021 08:31 PM

Pharaoh a legit retard, lol.

Blue Bayou 01-24-2021 08:48 PM

It's still Joe Montana

UPN Zuch 01-24-2021 08:56 PM

Brady crushes Joe in every category.

Brady also has 6 Super Bowls over joes 4.

10 apps to 4

And far better playoff record

Amen 01-24-2021 09:06 PM

Blue should just focus on his Canadian football league.

uh-oh 01-24-2021 09:16 PM

I'm not even saying he's not the Goat. Based on his accolades
accolades, he is. But to say he's never had weapons is just flat out wrong.

Moss the only one.

Everyone one else that was good under his tenure were nobodies in to weapons created by him.

You’re not getting it bro.

He’s had no advantage at wide receiver over any other QB you want to put in the conversation.

Yes, he had human beings on the field catching the ball. Those guys were not as good, let alone better than any other great QBs human beings.

UPN Zuch 01-24-2021 10:08 PM

Also, how many all pro running backs has he had? Running is half the fucking game and he’s had nobody to take the heat off.

uh-oh 01-25-2021 04:55 AM

they never employed a rushing attack like that tho. how many all pro backs come out of a pass happy spread offense?
