For TV series it would be Ten Miles Of Peach Blossoms (more Xianxia than Wuxia, though) General And I, and Colourful Bone, although I could list off 10 more easy.

For movies it would be The Brotherhood Of Blades 1 & 2, The One Armed Swordsman 1 &2.

For general martial arts without getting too deep some of the modern ones that were great are the IP Man Trilogy, Master Z, Furie, The Night Comes For Us, The Raid 1 & 2, Rise Of The Legend, Once Upon A Time In Shanghai, My Beloved Bodyguard, The SPL Trilogy, Headshot, and Kung-Fu Killer.

The funniest one I've seen by far is Swordsman 2. The villain learned a special technique that needed him to castrate himself, then he gradually changed into a woman. The hero was Jet Li and he ended up fucking the villain. It was hilarious when he found out he fucked a dude at the end of the movie.

lulz legend of the condor heroes! I used to watch that series when i was a kid.

They remade Legend Of The Condor Heroes (2017) and Heavenly Sword And Dragon Slaying Sabre (2019). Both TV series with at least 50 episodes a piece. They were great. Right now Return Of The Condor Heroes is in production.

I forgot to list Nirvana In Fire 1 & 2 as my favorites. The 1st one is my hands down favorite Wuxia series of all time. It's wuxia version of Game Of Thrones.
