UPN prolly stood out for the longest as a collective of dope emcees from across boards and eras

basically UPN was what BW was and later NC is now pretty much so dunno if that is acceptable

they have some of the best from all over competing at one site

Hiphopave had some dope writers and even enough audio giys to put out site mixtapes before i ever really saw that being a thing years ago but not sure how long it was up tbh

Rapmusic.com's top tier was as good as any site ever but it had so many textcees that it was watered down
