I got mine last night, got the versa and am making sure im doing nothing different then usual today so i can see what a normal day is. Im at 13k steps wtf. Its like 6.25 miles. Its lunch time i still got the second half of the day. Granted im comatose at home tho so work is basically all i put in. It tracks everything tho, the one i got. My sleep and shit. I got 6 hours and 42 minutes. 1 hour of REM, 1 hour of deep and the rest was light sleep. I also got the fitbit scale. 6'1 256, 32 perfent bodyfat. Not sure how accurate that is tho. Bodyfat wise. Tracks calories and water manually but word. Thats the problem. My salads i eat for lunch are like 800 calories. Sponach turkey and mozzarella with italian dressing. Yesterday meatloaf and mashed potatos for dinner was like 3000. So basically 4k yesterday. Not sure wjat i burnt yesterday but im at like 3k today of what i burned and only ate that salad just now. Just being aware of shit like that is gonna be different. Also my resting heart rate is low key alarming. Close to 100 lmao. But my working heartrate is just over 100. When sleeping it drops in tje 60s. Ima die dawgs. But word logging active minutes im at 208 for the day so far, that kicks in when youre doing something more strenuous than normal walking and does it off heartrate changes and other factors. They recommend 30 a day. Cool stuff. The end. |

thats pretty much it though. i ain't changing anything know what im saying. i just ate 4 pork chops and 3/4 of a box of rice pilaf. this was a complete impulse buy cuz i wanna see how much i do on an average day. im right around 20k steps. 9.5 miles. thats just a tuesday for da god. i think my main problems are gonna be saturdays and sundays. i probably put up like 500 steps total each day in trips to shit piss and to the fridge lmao. but word, even if i do 100k steps a week every week, i was counter balancing that with giant lunches at fast food places, and then giant dinners at home, and fucking cheezits and cookies and all types of shit the only thing im changing is i cut out fast food, and sodas, and my lunches are spinach salads with turkey and mozzarella. parmesan shake cheese if i don't got mozzarella. so we'll see how it goes. and also when i turn 30 i'm gonna go keto as well. but i ain't working out and shit like a homo. lmao. just eating slightly cleaner. if you consider pork chops and pilaf cleaner. also though 4 pork chops sounds insane but these chops were wack. and really only had like 4 bites a piece of the white meat in the middle. |

Nah for sure. I didnt hit the cardio stage once today lmao. I just stayed in some "fat burn" stage which is basically just the stage above sedentary. It logged 300 something minutes of "moderate activity" though. Which is something. It recommends 30. So i did 10 times that.
But word i aint working out or trying to is what im saying. This is more just a log of what im doing normally |

Well I can’t call it for sure. But sometimes when I go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 6 and it tells me 6.5 hrs and I’m like naw bruh.

its been pretty spot on for me sleep wise so far i dunno. but i havent put in any good sleeps yet. i mean i don't know when im in deep/light/rem to compare that shit but just the overall timing and SUCH seems cool.
went in early today, sitting around 22k at the moment. probably going in early again tomorrow but i dunno i might stay up late and wack off and by stay up light i mean till like 10 and by wack off i mean fuck a fleshlight with vr goggles and cry after <3 |
