A weekly league where 2 people have to face each other to face blue called Beat Blue Bayou

So what happens once I beat Blue Bayou?

You get to say you beat him

The trick is the winner of the first battle gets to decide a rule for the blue battle (Gunbars only, swag n flow, pics, etc)

then the next soul brave enough to flush their time away to write mags an run tourneys takes the reign until they burn out

I'd co-run a short (6 week) league and supply the actual mags in like a month if someone else did the procedural crap (records etc)
