To master and find every glitch/secret in older video games .. all he has to do is play it for a minute to show the cpu the basis and the cpu takes over

I knows its not robots communicating or transformers combing the dessert for decepticons or whatever that one cat was talking about but as a kid with some of those games you needed game genie to beat would of been pretty fucking awesome

yo shinobi (i think III) was not easy. i had to steal lives from an invisible box on that one level over and over (get two lives or something then die, rinse/repeat) just to stock up enough lives to go through the entire game.

that game was the shit though.

ALttP left me fucking puzzled sometimes, as a young'un, but that was part and parcel.

Yeah the first one was hard as shit I'd be ok in the side scrolling scenes but when you came out the sewer and it had that grand theft auto 1 top view I'd get murked

You don't get it you jump to the top of the pole and slide down ... their is a trick to juml over tje pole but then you just run through flat land with no enemies

Yeah I mastered the first zelda .... took me a year + as a kid to beat it now I csn fun through it in about an hour ... I can get to gannon without even collecting a sword but you need the master sword to actually defeat him

I've played through that game hundreds of times ... love it

Mega Man X series and Metroid were hard as fuck. Pretty much any game that has things you HAVE to do but take hours upon hours to figure out i.e. invisible paths

Ghosts'n'Goblins and Battletoads left me frustrated, most because of the situation I was in. Never had those games myself, so whenever I played Battletoads at my cousins house or G&B at my friends house it left me frustrated that I never got further than level 3 or whatever. I got far yet I knew I needed more practice to get further and since I only was there on visits etc. I had to re-learn shit each time. Now I want to get a hold of those games again and spend a year or some shit and beat it. Idk about G&B but at least Battletoads.
