From what i understand, the problem isn’t so much that he won’t set it up, it’s that LR matches this late in the week won’t get enough votes in time once all the reg battles start dropping their verses

In fairness to Zelph, I tried having a late LR battle one week and it ended in a tie and he was proven correct
