But what do they both have to do before they're considered top tier here and solidly their spots with guerrilas?

A roast win isn't worth a mention. Not like he roasted MUFF. Both roasted the same image - and due to the preference of 1 individual - Body won.

Dyna's win over Flo is worth mentioning, tho because it was a battle where 1 v s the other - not like the roast.

Top Tier to me ia consistently winning, getting to finals, winning leagues an other accomps reguarly. We all see the roster at the start of a tourney, an bar a upset or two, we can all safely guess the semi finals line up. They are the top tiers.
