I don't wanna be ignorant but I never experienced anything of the sort the closet thing to "paranormal" was the handful of times I had sleep paralysis which is wack as fuck but exciting at the same time. And sleep paralysis is just that and can be explained scientifically.

Anything outside of it is abnormal, paranormal, but what if the paranorm has always been there but our perception has been so suppressed that anything outside of what we've been programmed to see is considered crazy...etc.

now what would you say this was if you saw it with your own eyes? This is your own visual perception of what you're seeing and you will describe it as whatever comes to you and what caused this. It's your opinion that you're universally allowed to have.

Now you have the news lady basically telling you what it is and basically crushing your own perception of what you visibly witnessed with your own eyes by someone who did not see it with there own eyes.

Given the mindset of most of the viewers, they'll chalk it up to what the news lady said. Case closed, nothing to see here, keep it moving. There in lies the issue of what you said.
