well, its official. i have no reason to ever leave the house again

outside of that miserable necessity known as work of course.

https://www.goldbely.com/

why wasn't this ever mentioned in life

Inno 03-31-2018 11:40 PM

Tell me more

uh-oh 04-01-2018 03:27 AM

i just copped some philly cheesesteaks and some NY pizza

basically just buy food from restaurants not where you are

maryland crab cakes/maine lobster/ny or chicago pizza/philly cheesesteaks/nashville hot chicken

etcetcetc

its pricey for sure but will be worth it on occasion

also they gave me this referral code so if any of you buy anything use it to get 25 off, and i'll get 25 off my next order lol

DERBYPIE2509

but word i was disappointed the joes pizza was sold out though. went with table 87, although both table 87 and robertas seem on some FANCY shit. im just tryna get some NY SLICES yadig. they gotta pretty it all up and shit though. still hoping its better than the shit pizza around heaa

Sharp 04-01-2018 06:12 AM

That referral code good for awhile? Found some specialty pierogis that look crazy good

uh-oh 04-01-2018 10:06 AM

i think its good until someone uses it, i dunno though.

Zaddy 04-01-2018 10:35 AM

How is that even possible?

How do I order food from NY if I’m in Miami? @uh-oh

uh-oh 04-01-2018 10:46 AM

you purchase it, they deliver it lol

but word depending on the food type, they cook it or not basically.

like the philly cheesesteaks i bought, they make the cheesesteaks and cook them, then freeze them overnight before shipping them with reheating instructions. same with the pizza. im assuming it ships like blue apron and other food services, with ice packs and insulated boxes

but word, its not like your getting it fresh out the oven, you do gotta reheat it.

but im guessing an ACTUAL philly cheesesteak, reheated how they recommend is still gonna body the steak and cheese from subway lol.

same with the pizzas. i mean we've made entire trips to jersey under the guise of visiting family just to come back with a bunch of pizza. so being able to just order the ny equivalent is dopeeee

El Muffin 04-01-2018 12:15 PM

Now I can get some sauteed orca penis

Been waiting on a development like this for quite a long time

Chill Phil 04-01-2018 12:25 PM

Nah fam. Freezing and Reheat downgrades the quality. I can't support this.

As opposed to eating a shredded cow ass sandwich from subway?

I think ill take the drop in quality

I can attest personally to not having superior eateries where I'm at

I'd kill for some legitimate shit bro

Enbombz 04-01-2018 12:48 PM

Am I missing something... How is hard to make a steak and cheese sub at home.

El Muffin 04-01-2018 01:04 PM

Fair enough it's pretty simple though. Thinly sliced or shaved rib eye and provolone cheese are the main parts and a good roll.

It's all processed junk though. Cow ass in everything.

Ghost1 04-01-2018 01:12 PM

Word to seadad shit wack

Fuck I look like paying in the ceiling for leftovers smh

Literally I don't eat anything reheated unless it's chicken. Even pizza becomes a vile creature after the microwave

Inno 04-01-2018 01:57 PM

Yo I’ve looking at food delivery services for my family

Blue apron seems dope but so does this ish.

I’ve also been looking at meat boxes. Like same ish as the food delivery cept it’s all different cuts of meat, grass fed beef, chicken and pork. It’s a little up there in price but looks worth it. It’s called butcherbox if any one is interested

El Muffin 04-01-2018 02:03 PM

Omaha steaks has nice package deals that come in these "Styrofoam coolers" if you will . dry ice keeping shit kosher n whatnot

Filet mignon , other cuts n sides too

its not hard at all

but it aint a philly cheesesteak

granted i've never had a philly cheesesteak, but i can tell the differences in other shit

a bagel from a jewish place in NYC is gonna shit on a bagel anywhere else. its just facts

a pizza from nyc shits on a pizza anywhere else

if i order bbq from austin texas im sure its gonna be better than bbq in bumfuck ohio

its about getting food from specific acclaimed restaurants/delis/etc as opposed to the shit you have access to

i havent tried the meat ones. blue apron was super hit or miss and not worth it at all to me.

you don't get to pick what they send you. so you get stuck with shit you'd never eat for 60 every two weeks. the food itself is quality. but the recipes are on some goofy shit. i remember i got some weird raisin chipotle meatloaf? like wtf. i just made burgers with the ground beef and threw the rest of it away lol

the best thing i got from blue apron was some taco thing though that was fire. mainly because the ground pork and sauce you made with it was ridiculous. been chasing that dragon since. but it was 1 thing out of 6 i got sent.

Not really though dude. It's more about who is making it and the ingredients. Geography doesn't really play a part in how things taste just the experience. But do you.

I beg to differ

In some states the ingredients aren't ummm fresh or a big staple to the region

For example . Montana

Seafood isn't huge out here n ppl eat imitation crab thinking its Dungeness in the fucking cake or whatever lol

I don't fw seafood thankfully

This is true to some extent. But the ingredients for a pizza or a steak sandwich aren't really rare items.

Ghost1 04-01-2018 03:41 PM

Geography 100% factors in to food quality and taste smh elemental fuckin idiot Everytime he posts smh

An I don't microwave the pizza NEVER but I've tried it when I was like 6.......my point is any food reheated.....even in the oven....sucks

El Muffin 04-01-2018 03:44 PM

Shiiit

Put some soggy fried chicken breasts in the oven.. Guarantee that shit will crisp back up for you

I put that on Harriet Tubman and Sojourner Truth

they are though

again i can't speak on the cheesesteak since im ignorant to it

but FRESH mozzarella, made in the shop, with sauce made in the shop, with dough made in the shop, with the ny water, and different flour/starter/etc makes a huge difference

sure anyone can make dough anywhere, and make sauce anywhere and even make their own mozzarella, but it ain't coming from the same sources, and you ain't making it the same way

i don't understand how this is even a debate?

El Muffin 04-01-2018 03:46 PM

He's british James

would you rather have a papa johns pizza fresh from the delivery man

or a legit NY pizza cooked and designed to be reheated?

its not even a discussion. i think you guys are hung up on the prices. which is understandable. i just have too much disposable income and have 0 problem wasting it on food i cant access here

Enbombz 04-01-2018 04:39 PM

Fuck knows I live in a city. I didn't realise how stark it is out there for resources .most things are available here I wouldn't have any problem getting almost everything that's been mentioned. It's not like high end products. Ive been round most of europe and in my experience most things you can execute to a very similar standard..

uh-oh 04-01-2018 04:44 PM

i can "get" anything thats mentioned as well

anyone in america can "get" anything. the point is the quality of it

if you are in england or whatever then you ain't getting the same quality of mexican food as someone in cali/texas or something. i don't understand why you are being difficult on this?

i can buy all the ingredients for a chinese food meal, like general tso's chicken, but you ain't gonna make it like a chinese place, its impossible.

quit being difficult to be difficult.

I don't give a fuck dude, really it was just my two cents. I used to be a chef in my early twenties. Most places you eat out from buy from a combination of quality vs profit margins. They aren't buying the best stuff. if you say the only place you can get a philly cheese steak that taste as good as a philly cheese stake is philly, thats cool too.

uh-oh 04-01-2018 07:24 PM

STAY INSIDE GUYS

ITS COMFY AND WARM

i mean come on enbombz? sure there is fish and chips everywhere, (thats what brits eat right? blood pudding?) but if presented the opportunity to have a top 10 fish and chips place just deliver it to your door you wouldn't enjoy that?

or you'd just make it yourself better. i mean anyone can buy fish and potato's and bread them and fry em so whats the point
