I don't smoke often and generally am bumming off a friend while drinking when I do. But if I buy a pack, you can almost guarantee it will be Camel Turkish Royals.

Let me be clear: Camel Turkish Royals. The Golds and Silvers are imitations.

I'm more of a cigar smoker, and I genuinely enjoy the flavor of good tobacco. Royals have that more than any other premium brand of cigarette I've found in this country. They're very European in flavor, and European cigarettes kick American cigarettes' butts.

That's the thing: They cost exactly as much as any other Camels.

So they're more than your reservation cigarettes, sure, but if you were going to buy Camel Lights (or Camel Wides, which are just the worst thing ever), you might as well give Turkish Royals a shot. The catch is many places don't have them.

I dont even think they sell them in general convenient stores though or gas stations.

When I buy a pack, I immediately set aside either a hoodie or a T-shirt (depending on the weather) that becomes my smoking shirt. Then I can always put that on so that my other clothes don't smell.

if i was rich i'd smoke reds. since im not i smoke the marlboro blacks. full flavor ones. taste the closest to a red for being cheap.

when i was really broke i would make my own. have a little machine where i get the tubes and filters and can pump em out with ease. make 20 of em in like 5 minutes. cop a 6 oz bag of tobacco and a cartons worth of those tubes for 8 dollars and you have a carton of cigs. instead of dropping 50+

but im lazy and have a job now so i just cop the marlboro blacks
