I hate vegans. We have vegan mozzarella, vegan pepperoni, vegan chicken, vegan cheddar, gluten free crust from 7 inches to 12. Shit not even pizza with all that on there. It's just a soy and egg round thing.

The first few weeks, you're gonna be craving meat real bad. Apples provide a similar feel to meat, and will also make you feel you ate something heavier (similar to meat). Learned that trick from a vegetarian dude. |

Seriousmo: I had a seizure in 2013...that was the first wakeup call. so I had lab work done routinely january 17... cholesterol was 252. LDL was 190. Not good. Did Keto for the last 6 months pretty religiously. Lost 30 pounds and alot of strength. got lab work yesterday: Cholesterol 233 LDL 167 although lower....still high. So....It is a matter of health. I am always researching. I am going to try Veganism as it supposedly has numerous health benefits. I am fixing to flip my food game on its axis. I look forward to being a guinue pig. fauir? |

an yea I knew u said u had a seizure before idk much about cholesterol or ldl tho....ive never had an issue with them though...was at the dr pretty frequently a year or 2 ago and they checked me from head to toe for like 6 motnhs cuz I thought I was dying lol |

Ive thought about it, im also mainly italian and irish but remembered im AMERICAN and ate a baconator instead of worrying myself like a woman. Explain the seizure tho. I dont understand this amd its relation to bad cholesterol. |

My dad's doing the same thing in his sixties. Some decent vegan recipes out there. Best of luck with that and if you ever need some decent recipes (ie don't taste like raw plant fibers mixed with water and a hint of garlic) feel free to hit me up
