so I had a a hard day at work today and my legs, arms, fingers and back kept cramping up, driving home I'm still cramped up lol.

I drink a lot of water due to my line of work, matter fact it's probably the only thing I drink during work.

But Jesus Christ this shit hurts like someone took a bat to my legs and went to town.

Any suggestions y'all might have to stop this I would appreciate it.

I thought drinking a lot of water prevents that but I guess I was wrong. Or am I drinking TO MUCH water?

i sweat as fast as i can drink water during the workday, to the point where i'll actually stop sweating and know i should chug some water lol. then it pours again. the bodyshop is basically a big old warehouse with a couple garage doors on it and a couple man doors, but not big enough to really get any wind/blow through so it gets stuffy as shit. espescially in this humid shit box of ohio where it gets 90 degrees and like a wet blanket of hot humidity hanging on you

i get em in the calves and shit, but word i just try to stay hydrated and go to sleep stupid early. if i don't get 8 hours im fucked

Not completely but I feel better tho. Cop some of that shit knuck suggested and now I'm on my second glass of oj.
