I recall posting mad posts about the Warriors winning the title. Even when they were down 3-1 to OKC. BUT UH-OH WAS TOO BUSY CHOPPING MARVIN GAYE BEATS TO BELIEVE THE YOUNG DEITY PANCAKINGTON.

to be real, even in a shit ass weak eastern conference, lebron being the best player on 6 straight finals teams is ridiculous. Add to the fact he took the HORRIBLE cabs squad to the finals way back when, his two rings, and his career stats, and he's a top 10.player all time easy.

uh-oh 06-06-2016 01:48 AM

Easily. And hes still got YEARS left in him.

Also golden state will lose. This year.

Certain 06-06-2016 02:25 AM

Lebron is the most ridiculous physical talent to ever play in the NBA, but I can't put someone who has lost in as many finals as he has above Kobe or Shaq.

When making lists I've always thought it should be broken up into Bigs, Wings, & Smalls...
It might make it more complicated. But my thinking is: how do you compare a Center to let's say a Chris Paul point guard?

Championships are important, but when it comes to rankings and lists I've always thought they are overvalued..
So Lebron goes 2 for 6, he can't be ranked higher than someone who won more titles on an awesome team?
Dan Marino was one of the greatest passers ever and 0 titles. Is my first analogy for that.

Tom Brady, the most winning SB QB in history might argue that statement.

Well in an nfl where all the rules favor the QB and offense, imagine playing in that era, I think tommy boy would be crying

I know this used to be a basketball thread, but I gotta correct the record here..

1. Montana 4-0
1(t). Bradshaw 4-0
3. Brady 4-2

uh-oh 06-10-2016 06:34 AM

brady is better than montana, and bringing up bradshaw is laughable. thats like bringing up robert horry. his team won finals but he just happened to be on the team.

he was trent dilfer before trent dilfer.

if it was a pure passing competition i would take marino. like the skills competitions they used to do, threading the needle throwing through tires and shit. but if its a football game give me brady.
