An nik......this particular mix I listed above is not bad.......it's the kale that u can taste but the acidity of the OJ cuts the bitterness of the kale....alot...an the berry's help...i use frozen kale an berry's too Wen I was just doing spinach an mixing w whey protein milk an ice couldn't taste spinach at all.....so maybe just start w spinach an some fruits.......that kale be the SUPAHFOOD tho. |

Weighed 220 just in august....but that was purposely so Back in my battle arena champ days before I started lifting ....before I even started running I was prolly 230 or more at my worst.....that's wen I was waking up at noon hungover....chugging mountain dew...playing 3 hours of ps3 beating then going back to sleep till 5pm ......I was uh ohs messiah. @boof Nah but I do need ur help tho lol.....was told about spirulina.....heard it tastes like dogshit tho An strik lmao....it ain't that bad honestly |

Im 6'1 225
I eat like a fucking troglodyte and beat cars with hammers I basically have to eat like a cafeteria of 5th graders to keep my weight up. Ive been down to 200 and just didnt feel right. Too light on my feet, like not in a good quick sense but a man somebody could come body me sense. Its only 25 lbs but it stabilizes me. Heavy hoofing I guess i could work out and put on 25 lbs of muscle and lose 25 lbs of fat But where is the fun in that. And how long would that take anyways probably forever. |

went to the docs as a precaution, they said it felt like i had an inflammation on my back that maybe had pushed on the sciatic nerve or something? told me to rest up for a couple weeks so i've held off going to the gym seem okay now so i'll look into resuming my schedule |
