alright fantasy football bros

help. im faced with indecision at RB. i am putting my fate in your guys' hands

i am starting draughn because he's been productive enough. and he's facing the browns.

i need a RB2 that will at least put up 10. in a ppr mind you. who should i start.

cj anderson
cj spiller
ryan matthews
james starks
alfred blue

cj anderson was hyped prior to the season. he's sucked bags of dicks all season, which led to him being a free agent that i could get, and i grabbed him after the NE win. i started him last week and he did nothing. also injured his ankle so i doubt he'll do anything again.

cj spiller was also hyped but ingram da goon took over, spiller even got beat out by robinson for passing down work, and now with them both out, its looking like hightower is gonna get the bulk of the carries MAYBE. basically this is an unknown for me.

ryan matthews has been efficient when used. with the recent demotion of murray i'm hoping matthews becomes the lead back, but with sproles doing so well i think it will be more of an even split between all three of them.

starks has shined when lacy was a bum earlier in the season but hasnt done much since

alfred blue is efficient when he is the main back. he gets terrible YPC but he catches alot out of the backfield, the problem is it looks like polk could be working his way for more touches

i literally have anyone of note. if someone comes to mind better than these guys, someone has them on their roster

i think the other "best" free agents available are like alfred morris and crowell.

halp

That's a rough situation

Idk man I had Anderson as my second overall pick and dropped him in week 3

Spiller is a bust and the other two are eh

I'd do starks I guess

ill nik-A 12-10-2015 09:19 PM

Start spiller, trust me

Fracture 12-10-2015 10:12 PM

All those options are ass cheeks this week

Your best bet is hoping cj Anderson plays. I'm playing hillman/Murray or Powell in the flex

Inno 12-10-2015 10:24 PM

Mathews is your best bet

Hes looking to take murrays job if he hasnt already
Hes got somethimg to prove.

uh-oh 12-10-2015 10:24 PM

This is my problem. Youve all said someone different because they are all equally terrible.

Im leaning spiller tho honestly. I dont believe in anderson

Im sure whoever i go with will be the worst choice possible.

This is what happens when you draft bell and forsett with your first 2 picks and then go 7-1.they both went down and i was doomed with a late waiver spot all season. Couldnt pick up anyone worth picking up lol. I shouldve grabbed more early in the year but its my first year in a ppr so i figured wr's would be more important

Fart 12-10-2015 11:07 PM

Spiller will get the most in ppr

Fracture 12-10-2015 11:32 PM

My biggest cluster fuck is I haven't been able to manage tavon Austin for shit

I'd bank on Ryan Matthews.

word. my sister had him and i've been trying to help her this year. every week i had her start him he did nothing. weeks i had him sit for her he went off lol.

uh-oh 12-11-2015 06:31 AM

but yo the tally so far is

starks - 1
spiller - 3
anderson - 1
matthews - 2

a site i loosely use for help, fantasypros, has an "expert consensus ranking" where they basically take data from across the net, and compile it to average out what every fantasy writer says basically. and in that they say cj anderson is the best bet. but thats why sites like that are stupid. granted anderson could go off. but personally i think matthews and spiller have the best shot as far as opportunities go. but i also think blue could rush for 50 yards and catch like 8 passes for 50 yards and a td

i'm really only keeping blue in the discussion because he's put up decent points before for me lol

Adonis 12-11-2015 08:00 AM

Kill yourself first off.

When you wake up start spiller

uh-oh 12-13-2015 04:27 PM

aight i started STARKS. we'll see how that works out lol.

draughn only got me 6 points.

spiller got 3 on my bench. figured hightower would get the start, he got like 16 or some shit. but i didnt have him.

ryan matthews got 5.

i dropped williams and blue. added abdullah who got 6 on my bench.

so basically whatever starks puts up is irrelevant anyways. every single back i had blew

meanwhile the bummiest of bums crowell sortve spazzed. i shouldve grabbed him. he's just put up too many duds this year.

the good thing is with all that said, i still should win.

baldwin da goon

jordan reed da goon

im up 108-71, with starks, packers D, deandre hopkins, and the giants kicker all yet to play.

and the guy im playing has lamar miller and devante parker

looks like im alive another week BROS

Fart 12-13-2015 04:31 PM

Dalton absolutely shit the bed for me but I'm still up by fiddy

Ty Hurns, Baldwin, Lockett, Barnidge.

uh-oh 12-13-2015 04:39 PM

word i had hurns on my bench, maclin starting in his place. maclin didnt do bad. hurns did better tho

Adonis 12-13-2015 05:17 PM

Baldwin did me in. Had an amazing run considering my top three picks hit ir early. Made crazy trades and squeaked in. Still put up enough points to beat any team in the playoffs but one of course.

~RustyGunZ~ 12-13-2015 05:25 PM

At this point I'm up 135 to 62 so I'm golden but I need one of two people to lose and one might it's close the other ain't loosing though

If both win but I end up with 44 points more than one of em it'll edge me in to the 4th spot. Otherwise I miss playoffs for the first time since I made this league in high school with the same mostly people in a decade..

For the most part I'm a fantasy guru and know what I'm talking about. This year been rough but mostly because 4 of my 6 Ls I was the number 2 scorer losing to the number 1 scorer. The other 2 were within 5 points so yeah. Been some bad luck and AP was a terrible first overall pick and cj Anderson a worse 2nd pick.

spiller got 3 points lol, i didnt start him. i had draughn and starks. tim hightower got the bulk of the carries for the saints spiller did basically nothing.

but i feel you though, i only kept 2 backs for most of the season, in bell and forsett. since they've went down i went on a losing streak until this week.

which happens to be the first week of the playoffs, which i barely squeeked in.

picked up baldwin a couple weeks ago and he's made up for hurns and diggs disappearance, although hurns seems back to form.

but now my chances of continuing to the championship rely largely on whoever i'm facings team to fall apart each week since my backs are so terrible.

to put it in perspective, the guy i most likely beat this week has

lamar miller
david johnson
matt forte
jeremy langford
todd gurley

every team left has at least 3 legit starting backs capable of dropping 20 at least.

while i pick through the crumbs with the likes of draughn, abdullah, spiller, matthews, starks and whoever happens to be a free agent lol

uh-oh 12-13-2015 08:39 PM

http://s3.postimg.org/7scop9csz/Untitled_1.jpg

that dude literally beat me last week 187-152 or some shit

so basically from here on out i gotta continue to hope everyones teams shits the bed on them so i can get my $240

ill nik-A 12-13-2015 08:39 PM

Lmao

ill nik-A 12-13-2015 08:40 PM

Miller and Parker

Ure gonna lose

Go Dolphins!

Fart 12-13-2015 09:02 PM

lol never say never. i had tannehill the week he dropped like 45 points. the problem was lamar miller dropped like 50 that same week and my opponent had him.

so it COULD happen. but highly improbable.

Diode 12-13-2015 09:45 PM

Had Dalton Rawls and Olsen all go down in their first Halves

Still winning by 40

Next week gonna suck. Prob need to grab Hoyer and Hightower

uh-oh 12-13-2015 09:58 PM

word to hightower

ima probably look to dujuan harris as well. i dunno. its a weekly rollercoaster of trying to figure out which bum is gonna get the bulk of some rb vacancy lol

Fart 12-14-2015 01:30 AM

Harris is fucking trash better off picking up Fred Jackson since he actually has a chance to score a receiving touchdown. Or whoever the Hawks pick up

And yeah I had fucking Dalton too, still up by almost 50, smh at least I grabbed Bortles. Should do decent
