the suspension is necessary so we don't further taint the prestige of being in a spotlight battle

we need to clean up the site and suspending ns'ers is perfectly acceptable to me

we should also consider doing rb/nc spotlights

one idividual from rb against one individual from nc

the battle would be posted on both sites and vote count will be accumulated on both sites

not regularly but on a casual basis
