yes. Mayweather is the superior technician, and he has taken little meaningful damage in his career. Pacquiao's game has been largely predicated on speed and power, which has only been deteriorating as he ages, and his aggressive, offensive style plays into Mayweather's hands nicely on paper. A few years ago it would be closer to a tossup, but I expect Mayweather to win a wide decision after dropping a few early rounds.

Mayweather will need to exchange close quarters, which will be intriguing cause Mayweather is a great close quarters fighter and Pacquiao is legendary for combinations against the ropes. Floyd is such a matador in the ring, that a measured, jab-heavy approach could definitely be successful against him, as opposed to chasing him down and getting made a fool of.
