steve smith and kamar aiken is a solid 1,2 imo. they might even move marlon brown out to play smith in the slot, but honestly i thought aiken looked like our best receiver last year, he just didnt see the field much.

but word i like our young receiving group

throw in devin smith as a dude that can take the top off a defense and give flacco a deep target with torrey gone and i'd be happy.

im just biased tho, i think the passing game is straight with who's on the roster now. aiken, smith, brown, campanerro.

I like them too, but none as of now can blow by press coverage & pop the top off a defense. Torrey was a real threat in that category. Teams won't admit it, but they definitely gameplan for him in that deep ball coverage. We get a strong, tall reciever who can stretch & run crisper routes all will be well.
& don't forget Jeremy butler, he's going to be gd when healthy. He runs slots really well & has great hands. I can't wait to see him in preseason this yr.

as a former philadelphia resident, and a lifelong philly fan -i can honestly say that i was upset at trading mccoy -but i am definitely excited to see what this salary cap can bring to us. the eagles needed to make a strong move like this and unfortunatley we lost a great player -but the promise it offers is high, and i just hope they can deliver on it. we will see

the team has been known for going the distance and letting its fans down in clutch moments.... but i think if the head guys do whats rite and gain some key players then we will be able to produce more memories of success than the opposite in the future.
