I've died in 2 of my dreams. The first dream I was killed my dudes in robes, reading from the book of my life. It was a ceremony, they took me to a well. Then the dude reading the book said i was going to hell, and that i would receive eyes in the back of my head, but the eyes were blind so that i may not see someone stabbing me in the back. That process was physically painful. I screamed and they threw me down the well. I landed in the same place but the well was gone and i was in hell.

The second time i died, I was peeing in a shady bathroom stall, and a young kid came in my stall and shot me in the back of the head. It went black for a few seconds and in woke up

Had a dream where I was shot multiple times and bled out. Then it became 3rd person and I saw them take my body but I remained at that spot in spectator mode. Weird.

you should dream of a real life and then wake up and pursue it. You know what? I hope your mom's car flips but she doesn't die instantly, but she does die before you get to her. A little survivor's guilt might help you get over the last hump you need to fully commit to killing yourself.

Dreams are crazy. I've been remembering some of them since I stopped smoking.

I sometimes suffer from sleep paralysis and when I'm sick in my state the thought of demons or aliens attacking me take over

I don't hallucinate but I get the feeling of panic and fear across my whole body and I can't move. I learned some tricks online though like scrunge your face and or wiggle your toes. Weirdly enough this only happens when I sleep face up. When I sleep sideways it never occurs

Wiggling toes sounds easy enough, I would usually just focus really hard and eventually roll myself out of it. Its terrifying

Only had it happen once on my side, and I was on a couch.

Yeah I'd just try shaking my arms and legs rapidly until they slowly started to actually move but breathing was freaky at times. It hasn't happened as much lately.

What I did first was just not fight it.. Analyze the situation realize what was happening and then just go back to sleep. I was never able to shake it off and move my limbs.

Sometimes I'd go back to sleep but it's just freaky cus it happens so fast and you can feel you going back to black in an instant

Like being at the top of a giant rollercoaster and deciding to stay there, go down or slowly back out in a terrifying effort to reach the bottom

One time this happened to me at my friends house and I remember it was extremely terrifying because I tried to scream and wake him up but I couldnt. I think that time was the worst.
