5 days without tobacco (update for putos who haven't quit yet)
Cravings went chilled way the fuck down since day 3. I still have moments where I want a cigarette though. I haven't avoided booze or caffeine, and neither one of them has made me want it more. Guessing it has a lot to do with the fact that I was smoking "American spirit" cigarettes. No additives, so none of this is as intense as I've heard from others.
The next person I see smoking is catching 3 hot ones |
Might try kicking it this year
We'll see. Shit is tough. Tried Snus to ween myself off but it actually made it 100x worse. |
I've quit for 1 month, 3 months, and a whole 6 back in life ke 2003. Its crazy hard. I smoke marlboro with 100+ gangsta additives too
|
How fitting
|
I'd probably quit if I had to smoke those terrible terrible cigs too.
|
lol
BUT IZ UR BONER GETTING BIGGER YET THO? /thread lmfaaaaaaaaaao |
The only thing you're allowed to know about my penis, is that I named him Vexlar when I was 11.
|
I wish you good luck, and the will so to transform your habit, and in doing so reinvigorating your body's health.
|
Props bro. Health is an investment.
|
The whole thing about American Spirits is a huge misconception.

the fact that u made this thread is proof u'll prob relapse. subconsciously - "look at how many days I went w/o smoking guys!". If you really quit you wouldn't need to post how many days

really NYC?
maybe posting it serves as further incentive for him to stay quit when people say things like 'good job,' or 'keep it up,' you cynical asshole |
Everyone is entitled to their opinions. I made a thread about the first 24 hours and what it felt like. So I made one about what it felt like after 5 days. Purely to let someone who hasn't quit know what it's like.
I don't see a relapse in my future, and I think I have a better grasp of my future than anyone else. So... I mean have at it fellas. And to any putos thinking about quitting. It's worth it. My energy levels are sick right now |
man i'm just regurgitating Carl Jung don't mind me. He's a lot smarter than me but he could be wrong...

Carl Jung was very clever but not always correct, as is the case with anyone who has ever lived.

I have a patient right now who every time I come on the unit she says: I'm being good! Hey I am doing good!
I tell her: if you are doing good you don't have to tell people. Also doing good is its own reward not the validation yiu feel when others acknowledge you are doing good after you tell them without being asked. |
Just want to inspire. (shrug)

chronicling my experiences doesn't happen online.
trust me, when this thread makes it to the bottom of page one, it'll be forgotten about. |
I haven't forgotten it

I'M PROUD OF YOU PHIL.
i'm up to smoking almost 2 packs a day. no plans of ever quitting. at least for awhile. my grandfather just passed away a couple weeks ago. he smoked unfiltered kools for 25 years way back in the day before quitting. he lived to 90. granted eventually quitting is what extended his life fasho. and being pretty affluent and living the rich life, controlling surroundings and eating like a king helped. but still the point im making is i'm putting my eggs in the genetics basket. granted my moms parents were probably unhealthy barbarians and i will die when i'm 41. but who wants to be 90? |
