Smoked weed after 16 months of cleanliness last week. It wasn't cool.

Nice bet your tolerance was back to square one, I stop for a month or two a few times a year to do the same, save a lot of money that way. Really need to stop now actually, I don't smoke cigarettes and never have but I'm developing a smokers cough after 10 years of weed indulgence. I think it's smoking all the resin after I run out of a bag that does it, pour lungs

No its the fact most people smoke weed to self medicate because their either to embarrassed to tell a doc something isn't right or they mask it soo much with weed they never hsve the time to fully comprehend something is wrong

Everyone needs a vice. When stress/anxiety relieve comes habitually from once source, IE weed, it then becomes difficult to substitute it or remove it completely, thus forming a dependency. Completely different from an addiction however it's still not something to take lightly
