5 days without tobacco (update for putos who haven't quit yet)

Cravings went chilled way the fuck down since day 3. I still have moments where I want a cigarette though. I haven't avoided booze or caffeine, and neither one of them has made me want it more. Guessing it has a lot to do with the fact that I was smoking "American spirit" cigarettes. No additives, so none of this is as intense as I've heard from others.

The next person I see smoking is catching 3 hot ones

Might try kicking it this year

We'll see. Shit is tough. Tried Snus to ween myself off but it actually made it 100x worse.

I've quit for 1 month, 3 months, and a whole 6 back in life ke 2003. Its crazy hard. I smoke marlboro with 100+ gangsta additives too

Neighbor 01-07-2015 01:50 AM

How fitting

Fart 01-07-2015 01:53 AM

I'd probably quit if I had to smoke those terrible terrible cigs too.

El Muffin 01-07-2015 03:24 AM

The only thing you're allowed to know about my penis, is that I named him Vexlar when I was 11.

UnbornBuddha 01-07-2015 04:58 AM

I wish you good luck, and the will so to transform your habit, and in doing so reinvigorating your body's health.

veritas 01-07-2015 10:45 AM

Props bro. Health is an investment.

Strikta 01-07-2015 10:49 AM

The whole thing about American Spirits is a huge misconception.

I agree.

NYCSPITZ 01-07-2015 11:09 AM

the fact that u made this thread is proof u'll prob relapse. subconsciously - "look at how many days I went w/o smoking guys!". If you really quit you wouldn't need to post how many days

This seems legit.

Destroyer 01-07-2015 11:16 AM

really NYC?
maybe posting it serves as further incentive for him to stay quit when people say things like 'good job,' or 'keep it up,' you cynical asshole

Badweather 01-07-2015 11:18 AM

Everyone is entitled to their opinions. I made a thread about the first 24 hours and what it felt like. So I made one about what it felt like after 5 days. Purely to let someone who hasn't quit know what it's like.

I don't see a relapse in my future, and I think I have a better grasp of my future than anyone else. So... I mean have at it fellas.

And to any putos thinking about quitting. It's worth it. My energy levels are sick right now

NYCSPITZ 01-07-2015 11:18 AM

man i'm just regurgitating Carl Jung don't mind me. He's a lot smarter than me but he could be wrong...

Destroyer 01-07-2015 11:19 AM

he could be, and was, wrong

Witty 01-07-2015 11:20 AM

Carl Jung was very clever but not always correct, as is the case with anyone who has ever lived.

Destroyer 01-07-2015 11:20 AM

lol nah i'm just talking out of my ass now
