Honestly, I would have left it alone.

Even tho nothing restricts someone from taking video or voice recording in a public facility. This so happens to be privately owned property tho, so IDK... There are always legal avenues to explore with attorneys tbh... I'm sure they will find some kind of loop hole in the labor laws LOL...
