I'm still shocked though.. I don't see why you wouldnt take my idea on board.. If you paired up no shows then there are more verses to vote on and it re-enforces people to drop regardless if they think they will b no-showed.. Already there are several amazing verses that could potentially get slept on cause of the way things are..

My 2 wins have come from no-shows, so have my 2 losses, so in theory its like I havent even started.
Defo gonna be dropping my verse later tho.

I mean, we CAN always do that. It's just it usually hurts more feelings than heals them, because people approach topics individually and when you mix and match them it really tilts the playing field- which is a valid complaint because as a competition some ppl write topicals against their opponent
