Hospice is better than Burst Apart but Burst Apart has some flat out 10/10 songs. For some reason I really enjoy Undersea EP.

I edited this in to my other post, but you might not have seen it since you responded so very quickly:

I can tolerate some electronic music. I'll look into it.

She's not a favorite, but she's one of the more obscure new artists I enjoy.

Mike Wrecka 12-06-2013 09:25 PM

you guys listen to a lot of music. I do not anymore.

even in the car its all sports talk radio ninety percent of the time

breathless 12-06-2013 10:04 PM

I usually have my car radio on the MSU college station, they have different genres everynight after 8pm or so, folk, blues, death metal, indie, and even a local hip hop show, I actually got had a friend guest djing one night and he jokingly did a diss track against as per my request like 8 years ago... Aside from that I mostly listen to lesser known classic rock and underground electronic stuff

Thanks guys, I'm glad you were able to limit your usage of the h word for me

Good music still is around. Who's your favorite musician or act, @Mike Wrecka?

Certain 12-07-2013 02:40 AM

Mr. J, Vividlyvague and Vulgar hated my collab verse and refuse to play with me. That's fine.

Split 12-07-2013 07:03 AM

Hey Cake. I was [humanoidActivity] the other day when I heard [knownBandOfInterestSourcedFromPostHistory]. It was [vaguelyAffirmativeModifier] good. Do you like [stronglyCorrelatedMusicalAct]?

out of people that are making music right now. I couldn't name a single one that i enjoy. aside from hip hop artists from the 90s that are still cranking out records on independent labels. like prodigy , noreaga , sean price and various wu tang artists.

all the new hip hop artists don't do anything for me. im more into a style like dmx than emo rap like drake. in essence i really only like NY rap tbh.

bands wise, rock doesn't even exist anymore imo. that shit out now aint rock. i was big into GNR, Motley Crue, and later Korn, Linkin Park, Weezer, 311, Rage Against the Machine, Papa Roach but ya that was a long time ago

its sad to say but i listen to top 40 now mainly. i did buy the last black eyed peas album and enjoyed it thoroughly and also will.i.am's solo stuff but a lot of that is because i can play them with my kids in the car

i don't even have the local rap stations programed into my radio in my car

Zen 12-07-2013 09:37 AM

Mike you gotta check out Bronson. The mans a beast.

Certain 12-07-2013 11:21 AM

Yeah, you'd probably like Action Bronson.

Zen 12-07-2013 12:19 PM

Saab Stories is my favorite album from him, but blue chips 2 is growing on me and might take the top spot soon. Been listening to that and Acid Rap by Chance lately. Modern rap is getting more interesting I think. Rappers aren't taken themselves as seriously as they did in the 90's which is a nice change to me.

Certain 12-07-2013 02:40 PM

Blue Chips is my favorite.

Zen 12-07-2013 03:02 PM

First or second? Haven't downloaded one yet.

Mike Wrecka 12-07-2013 03:22 PM

Action Bronson is cool. ive heard a lot of his guest appearances on other peoples stuff and enjoyed them. never actually listened to a whole album from him though. ill give it a go

Certain 12-07-2013 03:40 PM

The first Blue Chips. The second was more uneven. Saab Stories didn't do it for me.
