My girl's from berks county, which is on the brink of the void, but I hear rumblings from her family that always end with 'then they realized it was some drunk hick making shit up'

I've only been as far north as lake Waumpaupack which had a hoax ages ago... They still talk about it because it's about as interesting as they get

Look in to the pocono record. They've documented shit on mountain lion sightings as well.

I've never seen one or heard one for that matter but people talk about it and the DEP is consistently denying their existence since introducing them to PA to help with the deer population. Definitely a lot of black bears. I think I read in the PIKE courier a few weekends ago - over populated this year. Every mother bear I've seen has had 2 to 3 cubs. Crazy. I've only saw 3 coyotes on the side of the highway going towards Scranton.

Then again I've only lived in PA full time now for 3 years, going on 4.

Only came up on weekends prior.

I have, and I've lived here long enough to see a bunch of lion 'sightings' be proven crap lol. Couldn't find anything on Honesdale aside from an post about a 'sighting' in the same county from 07

I'm scoring the pocono record's website for a report

Coming up empty

This is like bottom 10 healthy shits of my life

Amen 08-03-2018 05:12 PM

Word.

I think they are out there, lol... Why wouldn't they be? Plenty of prey for them to prey on.

Perfect habitat, if you ask me.

word thats nuts. i must be just outside their reach everywhere ive lived. where im at now is mostly farms but there are some wooded areas i'm sure they're ABOUT somewhere. but it was probably too urban for them where i was at in canton and akron

because i mean i had outside cats and shit, when i was in akron there were a bunch of cats around trying to fuck my whore indoor cat that would howl and shit lmao

but yea i've never come across them. i wasn't saying coyotes don't exist in ohio though, just i didn't know of them existing here. but it only makes sense

i mean i know there are bobcats and shit and i've never seen one of those either. but with coyotes being everywhere i figured i wouldve heard about them snatching dogs or something like the article you linked.

Lots of coyotes around me. Hear them sometimes and seen them maybe twice in my life. If you’re not right in the boonies with them and know what they sound like you wouldn’t realize they were around. And most stories I hear of animals getting snatched aren’t like actual news just hear it from people directly. I had a horse that got got by them when I was little, shit sucked

Diode 08-03-2018 08:12 PM

We have a p serious coyote problem here.

My backyard as of 30 seconds ago.

My job is to literally appraise real estate and I live in a shitfuck.

Also you cant own a house for $400/mo. in West Fargo. You could maybe owe that in rent, half way, in the older part of WF. Fargo isn't some bumfuck city, it's a normal midwestern bumfuck city.

Ghost1 08-03-2018 10:25 PM

fucking annihilated at that stupid pice of shit bent up swing set in that big ass yard LMFOSAOAJDCMAS

PancakeBrah 08-03-2018 10:26 PM

Shits got a trampoline on it.

Ghost1 08-03-2018 10:27 PM

fucking crying

Sharp 08-03-2018 10:57 PM

Pancake, do you have kids you hate?

PancakeBrah 08-03-2018 11:06 PM

Tbsrs I moved here a month ago and the previous owners just left the swingset.

Sharp 08-03-2018 11:58 PM

That blows

We had the same thing happen only it was a few home maintenance things and framed family photos. And our realtor's husband had died a few weeks before closing, so she grabbed these photos which were clearly meant to be 'heres our trash bitch', took them to closing, and spent a few minutes crying while telling the sellers that they would regret not having them one day

The wd 40 and roll of painter's tape was pretty clutch though

Sharp 08-03-2018 11:58 PM

I'm sorry, when I started that post I honestly thought I could relate

PancakeBrah 08-04-2018 12:15 AM

Yeah no I think your realtor crying about stranger's photographs is pretty similar to my ghetto swing set problem.

Sharp 08-04-2018 12:37 AM

Tbf you apparently were one crying realtor away from an open backyard

I think that's the moral
