The vegan meat isn't always healthy, be careful. Sometimes it's just replacing meat with a bunch of vegan fat and oils, at which case you're probably better with chicken or fish. Vegan cheeses are the worst too.. Slabs of coconut oil that is way worse than cheese

strange cuz they sell a vegan cheese sauce with it.. so stay clear?
