This is always a pointless endeavor, everybody is going to have their own lists based on their own sites and experiences, people will always think those who battled when they did were the best because that is all they know. You may get a top 3 max that everyone can agree on but even that is unlikely.

UPN had the best league three years running back then. So much talent that some of your favorites now would probably barely make the playoffs. Ask @ill nik-A about that. RBL was the same way for a bit, they had more longevity but I think the PBA had a little bit better talent.

I remember aura going like 20-2 in the RBL and being mid-tier in the PBA, which was invite-only if I recall.

Fracture has posted actively at Prowlers for the past decade. B-Boys and RapMusic can't claim him anymore. The same is true of UserName.

Yeah, I think he battled Storm-G just to get in the playoffs as a bottom seed.
