Of course, this is the last record of the regular season, but I see no reason we couldn't do a spotlight match or two a week during the playoffs.

the problem with spot light matches is that they take away votes from the actual league itself. i am against the idea at this time.

@dead man @Genocide , I looked at our schedule and we have next week on hiatus for playoff sign ups. this could be a great time for you guys to battle and we would host it most definitely. voting would not be required and this battle would affect site records but have nothing to do with AOWL records. the battle could be posted on Monday and closed on Thursday with voting ending on Sunday. let me know guys.


if anyone else wants to participate in grudge matches during that week let me know also. again it will not have any relevance to the AOWL records or playoffs. we would simply host the battles. so ya let me know whats up

I would think a spotlight match between dead man and Geno would be a good idea. What if there's an obvious shutout match in terms of votes? That could be closed early and voters could have one more option to get their votes in. Plus it raises the profile of the league so long as both show.

fice is a motherfucker man. there was some ethical dispute between him and the powers-that-be back on NC 1.0. i can't even remember what about. but he said he would never log back in after that and to my knowledge he has not.

and soulstice tried to stick around but i think he was pretty swamped with school and shit. wishing he would make a comeback for serious but his dedication and motivation are doubtful.
