Nah man I like him more than most people here. I disagree and argue with a lot of people I like, and make fun of their chins.

Amen 05-08-2018 11:51 AM

Oh.

So you have a weird obsession with "Chins" then?

How lmao? If he says something stupid I point it out. I do the same to you. Bags. Etc. he just happens to be in a lot of threads I’m in and has a bit of an ego. That doesn’t make him a shitty dude, I just like to check people on their attitudes.

I see what you mean, now. You like to test their chins, then? Is what you mean rather then make fun of their chins? LOL.

~RustyGunZ~ 05-08-2018 12:34 PM

Man I thought you asked why the obsession with Chris lmao. I love chins, have many myself.

Lose weight, bro.

Eating healthy is fun. More expensive but fun. Glad the wife prepares it all for me because I'd lose my mind keeping track of how many grapes and celery sticks to pack a day for breakfast and lunch, dude lol. She's a fucking fitness and health freak.

She has it broken down to a science. She tells me celery will help me avoid prostate issues because its rough and cleans up my intestinal track. So she packs it with peanut butter dip LOL for a little protein and flavor lol. She's funny. God bless her.

I want to give it a solid try in the next month. Quit heavily drinking 3 years ago, quit dipping a little over a year ago now, and now I snack like crazy. Stopped drinking and lost like 20lbs, was less bloated. Quit dipping and gained 60. Been a year so I think I can tackle the snacking without resorting back to chew.

Word. Don't know why people always say they quit tobacco and gained weight tho. I guess substituting an addiction with eating makes sense.

But eating healthy is good - changes a lot.

Reading this book that discusses subconscious habits. And how when your body is on survival mode because of depression, allergies or just a normal headache the body resorts to auto pilot and on auto pilot we typically operate strictly off bad habits and shit.

Word what book?

For me it’s an oral fixation. From age 13 to 26 I always had a dip in my mouth if I wasn’t sleeping or eating. Spitting and shit. So I started snacking a ton when I quit.

I suggested the book in that book thread a few threads back. I'd have to check the name and author - not sure at the moment lol... Kind of reading & listening to 2 books at once - ones and audio for the car rides to and from work and this ones a paper back a friend of mine suggested.

But word. Could never do the chew, man. Tried during my baseball days and nearly threw up lol because I accidentally swallowed the packet thing. I remember it making my stomach hurt like a bitch lol. Plus makes your breath stink. Like really bad with yellow teeth an shit lol... IDK man, not for me... I hate bad breath LOL... Pet peeve of mine lol... I would just stick with sun flower seeds LOL.

Never had an issue. Always kept a wisp and gun on me lol. And had good endtal hygiene and regular cleanings and shit. Only thing I couldn’t avoid as it receding my gum line.

You get used to the flavor honestly. I swallowed when needed, only spit for good conscience that I was less likely to get stomach or throat cancer lol.
