man get a big box of it or bag whatever you can find, get hot water in the tub and pour about 2 cups in if there a lot of water, 1-1.5 cups for a lil but, mix it around a lil bit then just lay in it for a good 20 mins man you'll feel great after sleepin

Na just rinse of an wash in the shower. The salt actually gets absorbed into the body through the skin and helps replenish things in your body that it needs to relax and relieve pain so rinsing off isn't gonna hurt anything if you soak long enough
