I bring this to the public: What would people think about taking a month or so off from topical competitions after this, then starting the league again?

the tourneys what made me interested

leagues are ten a penny these days, admittedly not with the comp. we've got here, but tourneys like this seem to hold more prestige these days then weekly leagues imho

I've always preferred leagues. You can try out new things and not risk elimination.

But I know for many veterans, especially those at an elite level, what you say is correct. Still, we had a pretty large contingent of regular competitors last season.

leagues suck

they go on too long before playoffs, which is a tourney, which is all anyone should care about.

even the rhyme which is one of the better leagues of all time couldnt inspire me to write week after week.
