@Frank Metts yea I played there from 2000-2001 then I transferred to Northwestern HS where I graduated with Jeff Green in 2004. You from the DMV?
|
LeBron wouldn't dominate. It's that simple.
|
@Certain i said that Moss did get a scholarship to play Basketball. ..
|
Right, but he didn't choose to play football as much as he realized football was the only way to money.

Cromartie ... peterson ... nnamdi...tillman .... sherman ... to name a few good ones all over 6 foot and most over 200lbs easy ... sherman is a bean pole though but is prob the best corner in the league right now... I could prob name 15-20 more some good others decent ... those a big physical corners Then dudes like revis Bailey webb and Haden fall into that avg size 5'11 around 190 ... theirs corners who are 5'7 |
Dematha in MD?
Edit: Oh ok, I see ur post. That's some cool shit if true. |
And jimmy Smith is 6'2 and over 200lbs williams 6'1 ... but williams is underweight like 185-190 when he should be around 200-205

@Kaeo Seru, name your offensive lineman ex-teammate who went on to play at University of Maryland, starting at least three years at center.
|
@Strikta yea i liked the football program but hated the school thats part of the reason i transferred. the other reason was I kept getting in trouble with teachers cuz of my smart mouth. where'd you go to school?

DeMatha doesn't play public schools.
|
I went to Surrattsville in Clinton.
Played JV for the Hornets in 00'. Played alot of guard. We had some packages where I lined up at fullback. I'm 5'9 180 now, but then I was 5'9 190-195 I was mostly in for blocking, & the run game. Also kicked. |
Here's the thing.
The way Lebron built his body was not to play football but basketball So right now, he couldn't take th beating. If he reworked his body, sure. But also, this is all speculation. Speculation to the point thr it needs another word for it. It's a fantasy. Would I enjoy seeing Lebron attempt to play nfl football. Sure, I guess. Maybe not because it would garner so much attention. But it will never happen. He's almost 40 in football years anyway. |
@Certain they do play exhibition/pre-season games against public schools. My uncle who played for Coolidge HS in NW DC played against DeMatha a few times outside of the regular season. When I was there we played against 2 public schools b4 the season started. I cant remember which schools they were I havent kept up with the program since i left sos they could've changed but while i was there and when my cousin was there 6 years b4 me they played public schools in scrimmages/exhibition
