@Universe, you are correct sir. This is what happens when I answer before having my coffee.

I haven’t known the board use EST time before this week.

You’ve never posted a verse late or close to the deadline stop trying to stir shit up cracka

Clutbuck 05-07-2020 11:43 AM

lmao I just wanted to avoid anymore controversy and ensure I was still good on my shit

Clutbuck 05-07-2020 11:43 AM

I finished up yesterday. I'll follow your lead this time around. Let me know.

dead man 05-07-2020 11:55 AM

how many lines you guys going this week? 150?

Johnny 6 feet 05-07-2020 11:59 AM

Glad there's an upper limit on those things. Remember one time seeing a topical where a guy went literally 200 lines to try and beat his opponent who was ranked higher than him (still lost, lol). Longest battle verse I've ever seen.

Can you picture 12 or 20 writers putting a novel to paper every week? Not enough hours in the day. Not enough brain cells to take it all in.

seriously bro! i think uni and i shot ourselves in the foot writing such long verses, last week. It can be taxing for readers. i know that for sure lulz

Johnny 6 feet 05-07-2020 12:25 PM

Lol, "Dude, you missed the character development of the cousin I set up in chapter 7 and her motivation for stealing the emerald necklace in chapter 12. It's intragyral for the group dynamic for the expedition to the Island that starts in chapter 23. You bloody philistines!"

Are you sure you’re finished?

You might want to revise it.

Haha. You will get a first draft that I did in a few hours. That's the extent of my care for this battle.

I hope that you're trying really hard though...

Lmao word there's got to be limits because undoubtedly it would happen. I've got to admit though last week i wrote 50 and i really needed more room to work with, maybe like 60 but i suppose it depends what kind of story you tell mine was more focused around setting a stage and dialogue etc. Still don't think I could focus long enough to write 200 lines about the same thing

I could lol. But there's no winning bro. I did 50 last week and I STILL got "we need more detail" comments. Then I give them every detail in my 80 line one and people said it's too long.

Can't please everybody...

Y’all need to catch this Rogan musk podcast I think I’m getting smarter just listening

And word UNI last weeks drop left me with so many questions!

Adverse 05-07-2020 01:14 PM

Scar's interview was added to the mag last night btw don't know if I put that out there worth a reread!

Scar 05-07-2020 01:14 PM

lets have a group discussion. in terms of story, its it better to end on an ambiguous note or a concrete closure? i only ask because alot of my stuff are kind of left to interpretations, and i'm never sure on whether that's the best course of action you know? maybe a concrete, fleshed out ending is better.
