So, before Lars was able to edit his post I called that 289 number and it didn't even ring, went straight to "your call can't be completed as dialed, please check the number and try your call again"

I tried it back two times and it went right to a beep beep beep... So it doesn't appear to be a valid number

I will post a screenshot of my three outgoing calls in discord so Inno can see what evidence I have to present based on both parties statements made
