I get 1mg Ativan for my anxiety which is basically the pussy version of the benzos. Haven't really been taking them much lately but I would like to get in to better shape. What attributes the benzos to weight gain is it just the lazyness they induce ?

A Xanax 'bar' is 2mg... so it's like double what u're taking

I've tried all of them before and Z's definitely seems to hit me harder than Ativan but maybe cuz I have a tolerance built up specific to the Ativan even tho it's still a benzo.

And yea that's what I figured is they give you rubber legs the next day and make u just not want to do shit I didn't think it had an actual direct effect for weight gain

Nah I know what you're talking and I agree I just have medical shit like Rheumatoid arthritis in my knees so going hiking and shit like I used to is a literal pain. My knees stay swollen the size of fucking grapefruit. I stay away from anti depression meds I tried a few and they just induced suicide ideology so I don't fuck with with them. Exercise is really a great and natural way to release the right chemicals in ur brain that induce happiness I just can't workout currently like I used to, at least until I get proper medicine or something
