Dont know mate some of the houses i looked ar were pretty nice theee werent many of them like you said but there were a few.... and they were really cheap.... a lot of them werent furnished though but i was looking it up and they said it costs on average 5000 dollars to furnish a house.... i mean i couldnt believe it either but there were also houses for like 30000 dollars which is cheaper than the uk.... so its possible thats all im saying...,

You find a house for 30k in Cali it's gonna come furnished with sleeping bags, rags, and crackheads... Loveland, CO and Westminster, CO are below average cost of living next to upside metropolis areas... There's a lot of job opportunities in the Denver and Fort Collins areas that pay ok, and the cost of living isn't through the fucking roof like it is in Cali...

You could also look into Oregon... It's still going to be a good idea to take up a trade and get some experience in it so you can find a good job a lot easier, but if you don't have kids and a wife and blah blah the world is open its not just UK... all I was saying

Okay thats just one of the houses i looked at.... its in the city san ramon, california.... it is going for under 5000 dollars and just look at it.... i didnt post all the pictures but you get the idea.... its got 6 beds and 3.5 bathrooms with 4,600 square feet..... how is that bad i would love to live there especially in the californian sunshine..... just dont be so doubtful all im saying is its possible....

Theres about 12 houses i found in san ramon that go around 5000 dollars some even less under yhis one estate agent i found and thats just san ramon..... you start looking up other cities in cali theres probably more maybe not many but yes its possible thats all im saying and thats a really nice house i would love to live there.... that would basically be a dream come true for me....
