Taking the idea is plagiarism, literally. The only reason this isnt how plagiarism is judged is because ideas are pretty impossible to prove. Thats why we wait until its written down, to judge it as plagiarism. You, however, admitted freely that it was zelph's idea that you took, meaning you yourself have provided the evidence of idea theft, making it the most clear cut case of plagiarism like ever.
