u have to motivate Frank to actually get him to show. my usual procedure prior to a Frank battle is to talk shit about him in the discussion / prediction thread. say your going to destroy him that type of stuff. then I switch to PMing him about how he is going to lose and never write again because he will be traumatized by the beating I will give him. make sure you tag him a lot. then he will show
