@Malachi. Edit them into your sign in post. That's supposed to be the point of making a sign in mandatory.. so that voting links can be edited into it. Either that or I will have to discuss a vote link thread with keith for next week. For now just make sure you vote. Mods will make sure that you made sure later. But next week a voting links rule will go in effect.. probably just have a seperate thread for links only.

Next week will definitely go back to regular topics. But if you can't write to any picture, how you expect to champ this league later on.

I will leave battles open to see how many will post. I will close any battles that are not completed by Saturday midnight EASTERN. Battles will close on SUNDAY NIGHT regardless of the amount of votes your battle has. So if you post Saturday night, don't be surprised if you don't get much votes come Sunday.

So you all have a free extension. Only time this will happen. @Genocide don't close any battles just yet.

I gave the extra extension to give others a chance to post their verses. No worries, them no show L's will hurt come ranking time. WTF @ Cake possibly no showing back to back weeks.

How do I have self esteem issues....

Perhaps a minimum post count prerequisite would be beneficial to at least help deter against no shows. I dunno, like 35 posts or something to deter brand new people signing up to the site who join the league and then never log in again.

@Nigma Post count isn't really an issue. New signees will always be paired against another new person and/or against somebody who no showed the week prior and signed back in for the upcoming week. That way those who are actively participating on a week-to-week basis won't be set up against someone new who may no show.

Despite the amount of no shows this week, props to those who took the time to post a verse & still voted on the other battles. You will have your shine in the upcoming magazine. Week 3 matches are being prepped & will be posted upon the closing of voting tomorrow night. That way matches are ready to go come Monday morning.

Here's an interesting note: based on the chance no showers don't sign back in for week 3, we still have 16 active participants with 2 newcomers joining the league this week. Dope.

This won't be just pictures. Next week we will begin regular topics. It will change from time to time every week. How late tomorrow? If it's before midnight EST then that'll be great. If anything I'll leave them open as long as possible, but matches will be ready Monday morning.
