I am able to out strength all of you in functional strength.

PancakeBrah 04-13-2014 08:37 PM

Like arm wrestling?

veritas 04-13-2014 08:41 PM

mayhaps.....

but more along the lines of physical work over a long period of time.

veritas 04-13-2014 08:49 PM

yeah I bet you were handling a lot of wood.

fact is, I am stronger than you in all aspects that matter, and just as strong as you in your little gym arts, while mocking you with the bodyweight revolution.

Additionally, I far surpass your levels in all and every aspect which matters to you....which ironically, matter not to me.

PancakeBrah 04-13-2014 08:56 PM

'bodyweight revolution'

praise to the lol-gods, you bless me too much some times.

Ghost1 04-13-2014 08:57 PM

AYO but

Bodyweight training is neat an all

But

U do realize that barbell strength training is a superior form of developing functional strength.....?

attaboy 04-13-2014 09:03 PM

Sign up here and see this faggot ass shit. Nigga nobody cares about your back muscles.

Your back in shape in the same way ric flairs pecs are.

Diode 04-13-2014 09:03 PM

hey veritas

my strength functionally ceases the flow of blood to people's brains, hyperextends their elbows, knees, and ankles past the tensile capabilities of their ligaments, and dislocates their shoulders while maintaining a dominant position both standing up and on the ground.

i guess that's functional, eh?

you fools. Of course I still use weights....like a 75lb weight vest on my body when I try to do more than one pull up in futility. or when I do 20 pushups with it on.

you fools 2x: If I am moving my body against gravity that is resistant. the only way barbell is effective if it is realistic.

you fools 3x: I lol at you talking about deadlifts and yet you couldn't climb a rope.

4x fools: I still use weights some, I curl 3 sets of 10 with 40 lbs for jokes. All the training I will do will translate to real life...when is the last time you layed down on your belly and lifted your legs up in real life? work those hammies bro.

I mean brah...

I mean fag.

same as i told that idiot troll sicc, if we're ever in the same area i will gladly entertain you at an open mat. that way no feelings get hurt and no charges get pressed.

will be a lot less likely than sicc though since you live in the middle of nowhere

:\

this quote is the exact reason why you would lose...every time.

Diode 04-13-2014 09:07 PM

olympic lifts are entirely functional strength. pushing and pulling at their most basic and fundamental.

that is all you ever need.

I care only about strength, speed, flexibility, and endurance.

Stay ignorant, though. It's worked in every other facet of your life.
