the pr method is best. just have a long list that can be drawn from at any time. topics work best as mere guidelines anyways.

edit - not trying to be pushy to the mods and shit. that can be annoying just wondering. which i guess is like saying no offense after completely offending anyone but still. theres the sentiment

sorry theyre late. ive been trying to come up with accessible but challenging topics.

i guess the single topic list is the smarter way to do it but i feel it really takes away the level playing field... if i went against PenT uP or Azriel or something with an assigned topic, at least i know itll be at least somewhat objectively judged
