I played sports in my town and it was predominantly black people who were on the sports teams, I said nigga/nigger all the time. I'm not white, but I look white. I almost got into a few altercations for saying nigga/nigger seriously and non-seriously. I don't really care if a black person hears me say it, even if I'm not talking to them. I won't really say it, if I don't know the black person though, depends on where I am. If I'm like in an office or the dentist or some shit I won't say, but if I'm in a warehouse selling drugs or making a porno, I'll say it. I kinda like when black people say they'll do something when a white guy says it. I'm not white, but I look white, btw. Or atleast can be passed off as being white. Amount of times I've said nigga around/to a black person, idk like 10,000 maybe. Nigger? idk like 10-15 times. They were being niggers, man.
