Idgaf about gym etiquette tbc. I will take the barbell off the bench am do deadlifts in front of the bench while people wait to press if i feel like it.

If you have bad form, sure.

Same goes for deadlifts.

even with good form imo ... unless u can break it down for me step by step? Stick your ass out, sit in a chair or slightly further down, knees never past the toes, come up using leg strength. that's my general outline when i was doing em

you can go more than 90 degrees i believe, better on your knees that way, your legs are built to push across your full ROM
