yeah it sounds like he lives in the middle of no where.. so no one would give a fuck about codes...



but yeah... might want to lay a foundation/slab down depending on the climate and how even ya land is .. wether it'll sink or not basically. Its not all that hard just get the cheapest boards that you can get to from the slab you want.. get some easy mix concrete and do it.

Building ya shit... depends if you have tools or not... basic skill saw.. electric screw driver, joyces... like I said though... to make it completely on your own if you have 0 back ground... you'll probably end up overspending, it'll look like shit, take you forever and you'll be frustrated.

Not trying to deter you from doing it... but thats probably what will happen. I've got a decent amount of skillz and knowledge on it, and mine would probably turn out pretty shitty I would way overspend on supplies etc.
