You have to get the good sushi first to really enjoy it. I mean at a sushi bar, no like a Chinese buffet or at Publix. I have a lot of rolls like but most sushi bars have their OWN specialty rolls. Which most specialty ones are usually good but more expensive.
Some my favorite are:
Spicy Tuna roll
Philly roll (fairly cheap and at most bars)
New York roll (crab meat and lobster meat, with the top of the roll flamed with a torch)
Deep fried chicken tempura roll
(The entire roll is deep fried)
Crunchy rolls

I also like sashmi (rice beds with the raw fish etc on em)
That is just some the ones I like anyway, try em out

is the Elote man only a thing in a cali? They sell corn on the cob w/ mayo, parm cheese and chili powder. It sounds sort of gross, but it's fire. They usually sell shaved ice, and some assortment of fruit too.
