It speaks volumes to exactly how big the United States is when you consider yourself well traveled if you have seen other parts of it. I can see every part of my country in 4 hours.
Edit: actually it's probably more like 3. |

you can drive from the northern most part of ireland to the southernmost part in about 8 hours
google da god that tells me 1 of 2 things. 1 its either much bigger than witty claims, or 2 the infrastructure is dogshit it takes like 8 hours to drive from here to where my folks stay in NJ. all the way through PA. i think ireland is like the size of indiana-ish |

Orrr...I live in Northern Ireland which is a different country. |
But yeah from the top of the island to the bottom is probably 9 hours.
|
Population of Northern Ireland is under 2 million.
Which may be due to decades of killing each other. |
For the record, I was saying well traveled in that no one would find a need to look at PA from the outside perspective outside of its 3 big cities
And Harrisburg barely counts @Clout I go to Wildwood pretty much yearly. It's nice enough. You know where you're staying? If you wanna impress someone with a date, take the drive to sapore Italian in cape may then catch a sunset on the beach five minutes out. You can find okay parking on sunset itself because no one wants to parallel park |

not just north ireland and the republic of ireland or whatever but does scotland think its its own thing too? wales? england? its all just the UK right? what is the UK if not a country? im pretty ignorant of modern politics as far as europe is concerned. |

There have been many years of bloodshed over this very issue. The Republic of Ireland is NOT part of the United Kingdom. Northern Ireland is...every country within the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England) is in itself its own country with it's own parliament but basically is ran by England, but they are (kind of) able to make their own laws...basically like US states? |
i just googled and realized how little i know about the UK and how little i ever cared.
come to the new world witty. northern ireland is basically the size of our 3rd smallest state. connecticut. states are our version of make believe countries that we pretend have sovereign rights |
Yeah that's pretty much what Northern Ireland is tbh.
But we will murder your entire family if you say it to our faces. |

It's pretty peaceful here now tho if you avoid certain areas. We are a popular tourist attraction because a lot of people died here. Having said that, I recently went back up to where my grandma used to live and where i used to play as a kid, and I had to give them my grandma's name just to be allowed to walk there.

Ireland isn’t the great ol’ U S of A.

Thanks for your input Amen.
